What the builder does
400+ squads · 20+ formationsOne tap and the XI is on the pitch
Pick any of 400+ clubs and national teams and its eleven, plus the bench, are already placed. From there you move people until it is your side.
Build it the way you think
Drag players between positions, pull them on and off the bench, and switch among 20+ formations until the shape clicks. Flip turns the pitch around.
It looks like the actual team
Every club arrives in its real home kit, so the XI reads as the real thing the moment it loads. Alternate kits, custom kits and Team colors are in the app.
Numbers, flags and badges, your call
Number, Country and Team decide what each player carries on the sheet. Turn them off for a clean XI, or leave them on so nobody has to ask who is who.
A line of your own under the XI
The lineup note holds the round, the score you are calling, or whatever the picture needs said. It travels with the image and with the link.
A dream XI goes further in the app
Chasing an all time side that mixes eras? The app opens a blank pitch with no club at all, and 12,000+ real players to fill it, plus custom players for anyone missing.
What to build first
Five starting elevens people put together in a couple of minutes.
Your club's next XI
The eleven you would name for the next fixture, out before the manager names his.
The gameweek side
Your fantasy XI laid out on a pitch instead of listed in a table, in the shape you expect it to play.
The season that went right
The best eleven of the year your club got it right, picked from the squad that did it.
The XI you would have picked
Sunday replayed with the side the manager should have started. Post it and let them argue with a picture.
The all time XI
Legends from every era on one pitch. That one needs the app, where the catalog holds 12,000+ players and the pitch can start empty.
Starting 11 builder FAQ
What is a starting 11?
The eleven players who begin a match on the pitch, also written "starting XI". Everyone else named in the squad starts on the bench as a substitute.
How do I build one here?
Open the web builder, pick from 400+ clubs and national teams, choose one of 20+ formations, and move players between the bench and the pitch until the XI matches the side in your head.
Can I plan a fantasy XI before the gameweek?
Yes, and plenty of people do exactly that. Set the formation, move players around, and copy a link into your mini league so everyone is looking at the same side before the deadline.
Can I make an all time or historic XI?
On the web you start from a real squad and rearrange its XI. To mix eras freely, use the free app: it opens the whole catalog of 12,000+ players and lets you invent the ones it does not have.
Does it have to be eleven players?
On the web every formation is an eleven, and any position can be left empty. Lineup format, in the app, takes a lineup from 2 to 11 players.
Can I share the XI when it is done?
Yes. Download exports it as a square image, and Copy link gives you a link that reopens the exact same XI on any device.
