Privacy Policy

MyLineups is operated by Nicolás Moyano, an independent developer based in Buenos Aires, Argentina ("we", "us", "our"), who is the data controller for the data described here. It covers the MyLineups mobile application and the website at mylineups.app. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. It applies to both the mobile apps and the website, with some points that are specific to one platform and are flagged accordingly below.

We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the service:

• Lineup data. Your lineups, custom themes and settings are stored locally on your device (mobile app) or in your browser's local storage (web builder). We do not store your lineups on our servers.
• Analytics. We collect anonymous usage analytics through PostHog (pages viewed, features used, crash reports) to understand how the app and the site are used. We do not create user profiles for anonymous visitors, and this data is not used to identify you.
• Support communications. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include in your message so we can respond.

• To provide and maintain the service
• To improve the app and the site based on anonymous usage patterns
• To respond to support requests you send us

The website serves no advertising, so it sets no advertising cookies and no third party tracks you across other sites from here.

The cookies we do set are PostHog's, and they exist to tell one visit from another so the usage numbers mean something. They hold a random identifier, not your name or your email.

If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal we honour it and collect nothing. You can also clear or block these cookies from your browser settings at any time; the site works the same without them.

• PostHog. Anonymous product analytics for the app and the website. See the section above.
• RevenueCat. Handles Pro subscriptions in the mobile app, on top of the store's own billing.
• Apple App Store and Google Play. The mobile apps are distributed through these stores, which apply their own privacy policies to your account and purchases. All billing is theirs: we never see your payment details.

Lineup data stored locally is under your control: you can delete it at any time by clearing app data or browser storage. Support emails are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond and keep basic records. Analytics events are retained by PostHog under its own schedule, and the cookies behind them can be cleared from your browser at any time.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
• Export your data
• Opt out of analytics, as described above

MyLineups is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or website. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
