By accessing or using MyLineups (the "Service"), including the mobile application and the website at mylineups.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MyLineups is a football lineup builder that allows users to create, customize, and share football lineup images. The Service is available as a mobile application (iOS and Android) and a web application.

3. Accounts

Some features require an account. You can sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

4. Subscriptions

• MyLineups offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription with additional features.
• Web subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, tax compliance, and receipts.
• Mobile subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Create automated accounts or use bots to access the Service
• Redistribute or resell access to the Service or its content

6. Intellectual Property

The MyLineups brand, logo, and application code are our property. Player data, team names, badges, and photographs are the property of their respective owners and are used under fair use for editorial purposes. Lineups you create are yours — you may share and use them freely.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data (including player information) will be accurate or up to date at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyLineups shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or website.
