How do I cancel my Pro subscription?
On iOS, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → MyLineups → Cancel. On Android, open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MyLineups → Cancel. Billing is handled by the App Store and Google Play, so cancellations always go through them.
How do I restore my Pro purchase on a new device?
Open the MyLineups app, go to Settings → Upgrade to Pro → Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID or Google account that made the original purchase.
Where are my lineups stored? Can I sync them across devices?
Your lineups are stored locally on the device you created them on. The iOS and Android apps keep them in app storage and the web builder uses your browser localStorage. Cross-device sync is on our roadmap but not available yet.
Why don’t player photos appear on the web builder?
Player photos are a Pro feature on the mobile app. The web builder is intentionally lighter and ships without photos so it can stay free and fast. Use the iOS or Android app to access photos along with the rest of the Pro toolkit (alternate kits, premium themes, advanced export formats).
How do I delete my data?
Because lineups live only on your device, you can wipe everything by uninstalling the mobile app or clearing your browser data on the web. If you want us to delete any support correspondence we have on file, reach out via the contact form below.
