Overview
MyLineups ("we", "us", "our") operates the MyLineups mobile application and the website at mylineups.app. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.
Data We Collect
We collect the minimum data necessary to provide the service:
- Account data: When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address and display name. We store this in our authentication system (Supabase Auth).
- Lineup data: Your lineups, custom themes, and settings are stored locally on your device (mobile app) or in your browser's local storage (web app). We do not store your lineups on our servers.
- Subscription data: If you subscribe to Pro, your subscription status is managed by RevenueCat and payments are processed by Paddle. We receive your subscription status but not your payment details.
- Analytics: We may collect anonymous usage analytics (e.g., feature usage frequency, crash reports) to improve the app. This data cannot be used to identify you.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide and maintain the service
- To manage your subscription across platforms (mobile and web)
- To improve the app based on anonymous usage patterns
- To send transactional emails related to your account or subscription (handled by Paddle)
Third-Party Services
- Supabase: Authentication and database hosting. Their privacy policy applies to data stored on their infrastructure.
- RevenueCat: Subscription management. Processes your subscription status and entitlements.
- Paddle: Payment processing (merchant of record). Handles billing, receipts, and tax compliance. Paddle's privacy policy governs payment data.
- Google AdMob: Advertising in the free mobile app. Google's privacy policy applies to ad-related data collection.
Data Retention
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Lineup data stored locally is under your control — you can delete it at any time by clearing app data or browser storage. If you delete your account, we remove your authentication data from our systems.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for data processing at any time
- Export your data

Children's Privacy
MyLineups is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
Changes to This Policy
