Refund Policy

Web Subscriptions (Paddle)
Web subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all billing, receipts, and refund processing.
- You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Pro subscription.
- Refund requests after 14 days are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds for renewal charges are available if requested within 48 hours of the renewal date.
- To request a refund, contact us at contacto@nicomoyano.dev with your email address and the reason for the request. We will process eligible refunds through Paddle within 5-10 business days.
Mobile Subscriptions (App Store / Google Play)
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the refund policies of the respective platform:
- Apple App Store: Request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play Store: Request a refund through Google Play Help
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Web: Manage your subscription through the email you received from Paddle after purchase, or contact us.
- iOS: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > MyLineups > Cancel.
- Android: Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > MyLineups > Cancel.
